Birmingham, UK - GraphStore, the provider of graphical data management software, today announced a strategic partnership agreement with ComponentSource, the world's largest software component community for COM™, EJB™ and CORBA™. Under the terms of this partnership, ComponentSource will market GraphStore's AssetX development tool kit on a global basis.

AssetX is an ActiveX control (OCX) component that provides graphical data management functionality for Visual Basic (VB) developers. By combining an open Computer Aided Design (CAD) environment with Microsoft Access databases, AssetX offers developers an easy to use, feature rich component that can be deployed in a wide range of applications such as building and asset management, utility networks, landscape architecture and land asset management.
